ACRYLIC PAINTING These classes are geared toward beginners and advanced painters.  We will work on large canvases to experience painting with exuberance.  Kathleen paints along with the students so that they get a better understanding of the techniques and principles she is sharing.  It is important for a painter to understand the development of textural surfaces, as well as painting with gusto and a lively sensibility.  Your works will be honest and inspired if you can let go of your fear of doing it wrong. It is my goal that each and every student takes home a finished painting incorporating these principles.  I also discuss and apply vibrant color and most importantly, strong compositions!
